Last Sunday we went to NH where my hd’s sister is living. Really nice up there!!! We went to visit the camp my hd went to when he was young and it was actually like one of those typical camps you know from American movies :D Pretty cool!!
The week was as always. Summer vacation is over and B is going to school so it’s me and N most of the time, playing, napping, going to playgrounds or the mall. One of our favorites things to do is going to a farm near school. N just loves it :)
Yesterday (Saturday) Michelle, Ann-Chrisitn and I went to Six Flags, a huge amusement park in Springfield. So after 1.5 hour in the car we had rollercoasters and sunshine non-stop. It was AWESOME and so much fun!!! Back home we went to Starbuck – of course – and had dinner at the Met Club.
Today we are probably going to the beach and later on to the movies or sth like that since I’m off tomorrow (Labor Day)

ReplyDeleteich bin Elisa und war als Au Pair mit AYUSA in den USA. Zur Zeit unterstütze ich AYUSA als Praktikantin.
Mein Au Pair Aufenthalt ist mittlerweile schon drei Jahre her.:( Zu „meiner Zeit“ waren Blogs noch nicht so weit verbreitet wie heute. Umso spannender finde ich es jetzt, deinen Blog zu lesen. Für mich ist es total schön über deine Erfahrungen zu lesen und festzustellen, dass du die gleichen Erfahrungen machst wie ich damals.:)
Ich finde deinen Blog total toll geschrieben und kann mir gut vorstellen, dass sich zukünftige Au Pairs auch super gern im Internet belesen und dass das zu ihrer finalen Entscheidung, ob sie als Au Pair ins Ausland gehen, beiträgt. Hättest du denn nicht Lust auf deinem Blog zu www.ayusa.de zu verlinken? So hätten alle zukünftigen Au Pairs einen Ansprechpartner und könnten weitere Informationen rund um das Programm finden. Vielleicht entscheiden sie sich ja auch für unsere Organisation. Es wäre doch super, wenn du den zukünftigen Au Pairs ein inspirierendes Vorbild sein könntest.
