Merry Christmas Everyone!!! :)

I hope you are all having a great Christmas with your families and friends and are enjoying it as much as I do!!! I am so happy that I get to spend another Christmas with my American family although I do miss my family back in Germany especially during the holiday season. Too bad we can't be at two places at the same time. Sometimes that would come pretty handy, right?  ;-)

On Christmas Eve we all went to church, had a great dinner afterwards and of course there was more than one choice of dessert afterwards :-P
Christmas morning we all had to wait upstairs until my host mom's dad had turned on all the lights on the Christmas tree and other decoration. The boys were so excited that they woke up around 5am already but had to wait until at least 7am until they could finally go downstairs and open all their presents and like every other year Santa was more than generous once again!!!

After watching the Disney Christmas Parade and playing with new toys all morning Celeste and I took the boys sledding in the afternoon since it snowed again over night :)

Originally we were supposed to leave on Thursday but since there was a snow storm heading our way and we wanted to avoid being snowed in for the next few days we had to leave on Wednesday already, which I guess no one really liked but there was nothing we could do about it....
